Fresh Flower & Gift Refunds

Quality Concerns: If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers or gifts, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo so we can assess the issue. If the product is deemed unsatisfactory, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Substitutions: Due to seasonal and market availability, substitutions may sometimes be necessary. We always ensure substitutions are of equal or greater value and maintain the overall look and style of your order. Substitutions are not grounds for a refund unless the arrangement significantly differs from the advertised product.

Change of Mind: We are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once your order has been processed.
Non-Perishable Products (Gifts, Hampers, Balloons)

Refunds or exchanges may be provided for faulty or damaged items in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for return.
Cancellations

Orders cancelled with 24 hours’ notice or more before the scheduled delivery may be refunded in full.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery may incur charges or be ineligible for a refund if preparation has already commenced.
Delivery Issues

If we are unable to deliver your order due to an error in the address provided or the recipient not being available, redelivery fees may apply. Refunds are not available in these circumstances.

In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your order, we will provide a full refund or redelivery at no additional cost.
